Plant commissioning is a quality-focused process for enhancing the delivery of a project. The process focuses upon verifying and documenting that the facility and all of its systems and assemblies are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet the Client’s Project objectives.
The following are the main phases of the commissioning process, these works are generally carried out by the Contractor, under the supervision and checking of the Client and his Consultants.
Preparation and planning.
Provision of Training and Operational Manuals and Procedures.
Mechanical Completion and Integrity checking.
Instrumentation and Control Systems checking and (SAT) testing.
Pre-commissioning & Operational Testing (including snag/punch lists).
Start-Up & Initial Operation.
Performance and acceptance testing.
Post Commissioning (Training/Procedures updates, and punch list completion).
To ensure that the Plant is fully tested, commissioned, and documented, we can provide the supervision and engineering support services necessary for the Client to ensure the commissioning procedures are implemented in a planned and documented manner in accordance with the required performance parameters.

Independent verification of tests and procedures in accordance with our QA/QC procedures aligned with our Clients QA/QC, ensures compliance with stringent regulatory and environmental requirements.
