Conceptual Design

We begin by meticulously analysing and discussing the project brief to ensure clarity and precision. Extensive research is conducted to explore viable process solutions and options. The conceptual design phase marks the inception of the product design process. Through outline drawings, illustrations, or models, we refine the proposed function of the process or project. This initial stage lays the foundation for crafting site-specific solutions tailored to each project’s unique requirements.

Design Development

Once the initial concepts and alternatives have been assessed and agreed upon, the design is further developed along with initial engineering concepts. This stage involves the engagement of various engineering disciplines, including civil and structural, process elaboration, chemical, mechanical and electrical, and automation and control systems.

Detailed Design

The detailed design phase follows, wherein specifications, procurement plans, and estimates are meticulously formulated. This stage typically incorporates 2D and 3D models and involves an iterative process. Our Design Office utilizes AutoCAD, P&ID and Plant 3D CAD/CAE platforms that are compatible with BIM requirements, ensuring the development of precise designs.

Intelligent P&IDs:

Leveraging AutoCAD® software platforms such as AutoCAD P&ID and AutoCAD Plant 3D, we bring modern design capabilities to plant designers and engineers. Our intelligent P&ID software allows for the creation, modification, and management of schematic piping and instrumentation diagrams, supported by automatically generated equipment details. This facilitates value engineering processes, optimizing time and costs for our clients while providing flexibility for customising drawings.

3D Modeling and Drawings

AutoCAD Plant 3D enriches our design capabilities by incorporating 3D models of piping, equipment, and support structures, alongside the generation of isometric and orthographic drawings. By enabling early client engagement through 3D models accompanying P&IDs and 2D plans and layouts, this platform facilitates prompt reviews and modifications as needed.
