Commercial Manager

Ulrich Pearce is an infrastructure professional with over 16 years of experience in project management and engineering. His role as a commercial manager includes leading a team of project managers and engineers. Furthermore, he is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client and supplier relationships. In addition, Ulrich oversees budgets, ensures technical and quality compliance, and contributes to the firm’s strategic expansion objectives. Notably, he holds an Executive MBA, Post Grad Diploma in Business Management and a BTech in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles at V&A Waterfront Holdings and Coega Development Corporation.
